Ham and Cheese Pinwheels Recipe

- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 4 slices Ham
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Mustard optional
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Spread mustard evenly over the puff pastry, if using.
Layer ham slices evenly over the mustard.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the ham.
Roll the puff pastry tightly into a log. Cut into ½-inch slices.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
