Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed
  • 8 slices Ham
  • 8 slices Cheese Swiss or Cheddar
  • 1 unit Egg beaten, for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 8 triangles.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, forming a croissant shape.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
