Ham and Cheese Croissants

- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 8 slices Ham
- 8 slices Cheese Swiss or Cheddar
- 1 unit Egg beaten, for egg wash
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 8 triangles.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, forming a croissant shape.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
