Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Guinness stout
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a saucepan, simmer the Guinness until it reduces to ½ cup. Let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
Fold in the reduced Guinness and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
