Grilled Vegetable And Goat Cheese Flatbread

- 1 large Flatbread
- 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Zucchini sliced
- 1 cup Red Onion sliced
- 4 oz Goat Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, toss the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Grill the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes, until they are tender and have grill marks.
4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Top with the grilled vegetables and crumbled goat cheese.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
6. Slice and serve warm.
