Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa
A simple and delicious grilled salmon recipe topped with fresh avocado salsa.

Salmon
- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Avocado Salsa
- 2 Avocados diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mix gently.
Top grilled salmon with avocado salsa and serve immediately.
