Ingredients 

Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Avocado Salsa

  • 2 Avocados diced
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, and salt. Mix gently.
  5. Top grilled salmon with avocado salsa and serve immediately.
