  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 cup Pineapple Slices fresh or canned

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. During the last few minutes of grilling, add pineapple slices to the grill and cook until caramelized.
  6. 6. Serve the grilled chicken with the caramelized pineapple slices on top.
