Chicken and Stuffing
- 4 pieces Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 2 cups Bread Cubes day-old
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Sage
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, chicken broth, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and sage. Mix well.
Stuff each chicken breast with the bread mixture and secure with toothpicks.
Grill the chicken for about 20 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
