- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 pieces Avocados
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup Red Onion diced
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top the grilled chicken with the avocado salsa and serve immediately.
