Ingredients

  • 2 cups Tomatillos husked and rinsed
  • 2 pieces Jalapeños stemmed and seeded
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine tomatillos, jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour the blended mixture into the saucepan.
  3. 3. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.
  4. 4. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. Use as needed.
