Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • Fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, etc.)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into tart pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Top with fresh fruit. Chill before serving.
