Graham Cracker Toffee Recipe
Sweet and crunchy toffee made with graham crackers, butter, and chocolate.

- 12 sheets Graham crackers
- 1 cup Butter unsalted
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 2 cups Chocolate chips semi-sweet
- 1 cup Chopped nuts optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange graham crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the butter-sugar mixture over the graham crackers, spreading evenly with a spatula.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until bubbly.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Let sit for a few minutes to melt, then spread evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the melted chocolate, if using. Let cool completely, then break into pieces.
