- 12 sheets Graham crackers
- 1 cup Butter unsalted
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- 2 cups Chocolate chips semi-sweet
- 1 cup Chopped nuts optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with graham crackers.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let it boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Let them sit for a minute to melt, then spread the chocolate evenly.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the melted chocolate if using.
Let the toffee bars cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy.
