  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 8 oz Goat Cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, honey, and fresh thyme.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
