- 1 baguette baguette sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 4 oz goat cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup fresh fruit such as berries, figs, or sliced peaches
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the slices are golden and crisp.
Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each crostini.
