  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cornbread cool in the pan for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
