  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and beaten eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
