Gluten-Free Chocolate Coconut Almond Tart
A delicious gluten-free tart with a rich chocolate filling and a coconut almond crust.

Crust
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder
- 0.25 cup shredded coconut
- 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
- 0.25 cup maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
Filling
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 0.5 cup coconut milk
- 0.25 cup sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
Press the mixture into a tart pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool.
In a saucepan, heat coconut milk until it simmers. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
