Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut
  • 0.25 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Filling

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let it cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat coconut milk until it simmers. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
  6. Pour chocolate mixture over the cooled crust. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
