Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Warm Water
  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 pcs Eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 ½ cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add the warm water, olive oil, eggs, and apple cider vinegar to the bread machine pan.
  2. 2. Add the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, sugar, and salt on top of the wet ingredients.
  3. 3. Make a small well in the dry ingredients and add the yeast.
  4. 4. Set the bread machine to the gluten-free setting, or a basic setting if it doesn't have one.
  5. 5. Start the machine and let it run its cycle.
  6. 6. Once done, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
