Gingerbread Trifle
A delightful layered dessert with gingerbread, custard, and whipped cream.

Gingerbread
- 1 loaf Gingerbread store-bought or homemade
Whipped Cream
- 2 cups Whipped Cream freshly whipped
Toppings
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Ground Nutmeg
1. Cut the gingerbread into cubes.
2. In a trifle dish, layer half of the gingerbread cubes.
3. Pour half of the custard over the gingerbread layer.
4. Add a layer of whipped cream over the custard.
5. Repeat the layers with the remaining gingerbread, custard, and whipped cream.
6. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and nutmeg on top.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
