Gingerbread Tiramisu
A festive twist on the classic tiramisu, combining the rich flavors of gingerbread with creamy mascarpone.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 8 oz Mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup Gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder, for dusting
1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
4. Dip each gingerbread cookie into the cooled coffee and arrange a layer in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookie layer.
6. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped cookies and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
7. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
