- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup molasses
1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg.
4. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
5. Drizzle molasses over the mixture in the baking dish.
6. Pour the remaining mixture over the molasses and use a spatula to swirl the layers together.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
