Crust
- 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Molasses
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Cloves
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Mix in molasses, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and salt until combined.
Pour filling over crust and spread evenly. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
