Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and lime juice.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
