Ingredients 

Oatmeal Creme Pie Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Stir in the rolled oats.
  6. Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, flattening slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  7. Spread marshmallow creme on the bottom of one cookie and top with another to make a sandwich. Repeat with remaining cookies.
