  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cups M&Ms

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the M&Ms, then spread the dough out onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a large cookie.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet before slicing.
