Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 package Chocolate cookie crust

Filling

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 4 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 oz German sweet chocolate melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and melted butter.
  3. Add beaten eggs, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans, shredded coconut, and melted German sweet chocolate.
  5. Pour mixture into the chocolate cookie crust.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the filling is set.
  7. Let pie cool completely before serving.
