  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 10 g salt
  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 30 g butter, softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. 2. Add warm water and softened butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  6. 6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll.
  7. 7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let them rise for another 20 minutes.
  8. 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. 9. Let the rolls cool on a wire rack before serving.
