- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
In a large ovenproof skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apple slices and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour batter over the apples in the skillet. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake until pancake is puffed and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
