Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1. In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
