Ingredients 

Pretzel Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Garlic Butter

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  3. Add warm water and melted butter. Mix until dough forms.
  4. Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and tie into a knot.
  6. Place knots on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  8. Brush garlic butter over warm pretzel knots. Serve immediately.
