Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
A delicious and easy side dish featuring roasted cauliflower with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower florets, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the cauliflower mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
