- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon butter, melted
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.
Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from the heat and transfer the popcorn to a mixing bowl.
Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the popcorn. Toss again to distribute the seasoning.
