Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2-3 tablespoon Water as needed
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
2. Process until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Serve with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
