Garlic Knots Recipe
Delicious homemade garlic knots, perfect as a side or appetizer.

Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Active dry yeast
- ¾ cup Warm water
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Garlic Butter
- 4 tablespoon Butter melted
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Divide dough into 12 pieces and roll each into a rope. Tie each rope into a knot.
Place knots on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
While knots are baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
Brush garlic butter over hot knots and serve warm.
