- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
3. Add pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
5. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145°F (63°C).
6. Remove from skillet and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
