  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary, thyme), chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and roll each into a flat circle.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic and chopped herbs. Brush this mixture over the cooked flatbreads.
