- 8 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
