Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1. In a mixing bowl, season shrimp with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoon of butter.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove shrimp and set aside. Add remaining butter and broccoli to the skillet.
6. Cook broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
7. Return shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice, and toss to combine.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
