- 500 g Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
4. Stir in the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
