Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 10 oz Spinach frozen, thawed, and drained
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Stir in the spinach, garlic, and crumbled bacon.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  7. 7. Serve warm with chips or bread.
