- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 10 oz Spinach frozen, thawed, and drained
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
5. Stir in the spinach, garlic, and crumbled bacon.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
7. Serve warm with chips or bread.
