  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles.
  6. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cookie cake to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
