Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts optional
  • 1 cup Dried Fruit mixed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped nuts and dried fruit.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Cool on wire racks.
