Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon cold water

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. 3. Add egg yolk and cold water. Mix until dough forms. Press into tart pan.
  4. 4. Bake crust for 20 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
  5. 5. Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over cooled crust.
  6. 6. Arrange fresh fruits on top. Chill before serving.
