Fruit Pizza Recipe
A delightful and colorful dessert pizza made with a sugar cookie crust, cream cheese frosting, and topped with fresh fruits.

Crust
- 1 package sugar cookie dough
Frosting
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Press the sugar cookie dough into a baking sheet to form a crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
