Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup Cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture onto each pastry square.
  6. Top with mixed berries and a drizzle of lemon juice.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
