Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mixed nuts chopped
  • 1 cup Dried fruits chopped
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and peanut butter until melted and smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the nuts and fruits. Mix well to combine.
  5. Press the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
