Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Honey optional, for sweetness

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using).
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a mini muffin tin or ice cube tray.
  4. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until frozen solid.
  5. Remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before popping out the bites. Enjoy!
