Frozen Yogurt Berry Bites
Delicious and healthy frozen yogurt berry bites, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or flavored
- 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon Honey optional, for sweetness
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using).
Gently fold in the mixed berries.
Spoon the mixture into a mini muffin tin or ice cube tray.
Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until frozen solid.
Remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before popping out the bites. Enjoy!
