- 6 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup spinach fresh or frozen

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
3. Stir in the shredded cheese, bell pepper, onion, spinach, salt, and pepper.
4. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for a few minutes, until the edges start to set.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and golden on top.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
