Fresh No-Bake Fruit Pie

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream whipped to stiff peaks
Topping
- 2 cups Mixed Fresh Fruits sliced
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. 
- 2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well. 
- 3. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. 
- 4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Top with mixed fresh fruits. 
- 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
