Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream whipped to stiff peaks

Topping

  • 2 cups Mixed Fresh Fruits sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  3. 3. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. 4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Top with mixed fresh fruits.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
