Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 large egg

Filling

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add the egg and mix until the dough comes together. Press the dough into a tart pan.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  6. Spread the mascarpone mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the filling. Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
